A 57-room boutique hotel with bars and restaurant facilities, Broadwick Soho is an independent luxury 5-star hotel in the heart of London's West End. The works included the design and construction of an 8-storey building, complete with piled foundations, basement construction (3 levels to B-2), RC and structural steel frame (6 and 2-storeys respectively), extensively detailed façade (part retained and new build) finished with astragals and an art deco style balustrades with an oriental twist giving the impression of finely cast metal work of an earlier epoque, and the bespoke fit-out of 57-rooms, bars, and restaurant facilities.

Enticingly flamboyant and steeped in the cosmopolitan flavour of its location, Broadwick Soho's townhouse aesthetic was created by world-renowned interior designer Martin Brudnizki, Broadwick Soho is regarded as one of the most prestigious hotels in London.

Director experience included working for the main contractor from the commencement of the piling to the final testing and commissioning stage.
